Second Batch 4 OJT Lunch Service

In June 2022, our Batch 4 talented students of Q.uriosity Culinary Academy had the opportunity to cook an exclusive set lunch menu for our guests at The Posh Duck Kitchen.

At Q.uriosity Culinary Academy, students are required to prepare dining service for actual guests as part of the training program. This event, also known as a On-Job-Training (OJT) is the mandatory criteria to help students apply their knowledge and skills into practice and to best prepare them for a professional culinary environment in the future.

Congratulations to Batch 4 Students who have done a great job preparing an OJT (on-job-training) lunch for over 20+ head counts at The Posh Duck Kitchen ! Well done and keep up the good work !
